As you probably know by now, I am passionate about finding and highlighting ethical companies that are making a difference in the world by fighting modern day slavery, poverty and human trafficking.
As I was scrolling through Instagram, I happened to stumble across a company called Elegance Restored, and became intrigued when I read on their website that they are - "committed to lifting up the families of the world, because when families flourish, poverty drowns and freedom is at hand." Wow, ok love that!
As I read further, I found out that every sale donates at least 10% of the profits to A Family For Every Orphan to fund adoptions (more detail about this mission here). And the incredible heart of this company doesn't stop there...on their website they have two other symbols they place next to their products to show you what your purchase is empowering. One is a hand which "means that the production and or sale of that item directly affects the fight against human trafficking." Another is a set of scales which "indicates that the product it is linked to was with out a doubt sewn or assembled with fair wage and labor practices." I love that this company cares so much about loving people and that purchasing one of their super cute items can help change people's lives!
One of my favorite Elegance Restored purchases (so far) is this Deana top! The lace detail is gorgeous and it's super soft and comfortable! It is fairly made in the USA and it's only $28!! Also, if you're looking for the most comfortable pull-on jeans...I am obsessed with their Indigo Blue Pull-On Denim Jeans! The waist is mid-rise and has a fully enclosed elastic waistband. Also, be sure to size down if you are in between sizes! These jeans also come in black too!
Have you all ever heard of Elegance Restored before? If so, what is your favorite item that you've purchased?
